How long is my product eligible
for a plan?
A: Replacement plans are available for purchase within 90 days of product purchase. For products with at least one year of manufacturer warranty, repair plans can be purchased within 9 months of product purchase.
Are there deductibles for any of the
service plans?
There are no deductibles for New Leaf Service Plans. Please review the service plan terms and conditions for full details.
In the event my product is replaced, will the new replacement be covered for the remainder of the service plan term?
When a product is replaced, the obligations of the protection plan are fulfilled. You will have the opportunity to purchase a new protection plan on your new product if you wish to maintain coverage.
Can I file a claim online?
Yes! In order to complete submit your claim
online, you must first complete your account registration by clicking here. Once your registration is complete, you will be able to request service through your user account. You can also request service for your product by calling 855-620-9046.
Who will perform the service if repairs are needed?
We have a comprehensive service network and use only authorized technicians trained to repair all types and brands of products.
What if I didn't receive my email confirmation for my service plan?
Please first check your spam/junk folder and if you did not receive it, you can request that it be resent by clicking forgot password and typing in your email address.
If I change my mind, can i cancel my extended protection plan?
We are confident you will be satisfied with your extended protection plan. If you are not satisfied with the protection plan, you may cancel your plan within 30 days for a full refund. Please see your terms and conditions for more information regarding our cancellation policy.
