Are there deductibles for any of the service plans?
There are no deductibles for New Leaf Service Plans*. Please review the service plan terms and conditions for full details.
Can I file a claim online?
Yes, you can access your service plan by logging in with your email address and password, or by identifying yourself without a password, or using a one-time-passcode. Once you login, you can view your service plan, update your information, and initiate a claim. To login, please click here.
If I change my mind, can I cancel my extended service plan?
We are confident you will be satisfied with your extended service plan. But if not, you can cancel your plan at any time, no questions asked. For more information, please see the Terms and Conditions.
Who will perform the service if repairs are needed?
We have a comprehensive service network and use only authorized technicians trained to repair all types and brands of products.
What if I didn't receive my email confirmation for my service plan?
Please first check your spam/junk folder to see if the email was routed there. You can request it be resent by logging into your account by identifying yourself without password or using a one-time-passcode. To login, please click here.
In the event my product is replaced, will the new replacement be covered for the remainder of the service plan term?
When a product is replaced, the extended service plan is fulfilled. You have the option to purchase a new service plan on your new product.
Can I transfer the service plan to a new owner?
Yes, it's simple. Submit the request to the service plan administrator, New Leaf Service Contracts, in writing, including the new owner's information and a $25 transfer fee.
What if I am unable to login to access my service plan?
If you are unable to login through any of the options listed above, you can call the toll-free number on the portal home page or submit a claim by clicking here.
