| How long is my Polaroid product eligible for a New Leaf Service Plan? |
|
Given that your Polaroid product has a valid one-year manufacturer warranty, the extended service plan may be purchased up to nine months from the product's original date of purchase. |

| Are there deductible for any of the service plans? |

No. There are no deductibles or hidden fees. |
| |
| In the event my product is replaced, will the new replacement product be covered for the remainder of the service plan term? |
|
When a product is replaced, the extended service plan is fulfilled. You have the option to purchase a new service plan on your new product. |

| Can I transfer the service plan to a new owner? |
|
Yes, it's simple. Submit the request to the service plan administrator, New Leaf Service Contracts, in writing, including the new owner's information and a $25 transfer fee. |

| Can I file a claim online? |
|
Yes, you will receive a user ID/password that will allow you to view your order, update your information, and initiate a claim. |

| Who will perform the service if repairs are needed? |
|
We have a comprehensive service network and use only authorized technicians trained to repair all types and brands of products. |

| What if I didn't receive my email confirmation for my service plan? |
|
Please first check your spam/junk folder and if you did not receive it, you can request that it be resent by clicking forgot password and typing in your email address. |

| If I change my mind, can I cancel my extended service plan? |

| What is a No Lemon Guarantee? |

After the expiration of the manufacturer's warranty term, if your product requires a fourth repair for the same problem within the term of your extended service plan the covered product will be replaced with a product of like and kind quality. |
