Filing a Claim
  1. Have your sales receipt, product manufacturer, model and serial number available.
  2. Contact our service and support staff at 877-858-6869 or you can file a claim online at
  3. A service representative will verify the information on file and issue a service order number.
  4. Once the failure is determined eligible for coverage we will schedule for in-home or in-store service.
  5. Based on the repair estimate we will determine if your product should be repaired or replaced and proceed as needed.
