Filing a Claim
  1. Have your sales receipt, product manufacturer, model and serial number available.
  2. Call the toll-free number 855.879.6395 or go online to www.newleafsc.net/portal and log in to your account to request service for your covered product.
  3. A service representative will verify the information on file and issue a service order number.
  4. Once the failure is determined eligible for coverage an authorized service provider will diagnose the repair.
  5. Based on the repair estimate we will determine if your product should be repaired or replaced and proceed as needed.
