Currently, New Leaf has over 10,000 servicers across the US covering all the products we sell service contracts on. If you are a self servicing seller we will use you to do the work and keep that bond strong between you and your customer. New Leaf’s contact center is located in Irving, TX. The DFW metro area provides a highly educated, neutrally accented workforce that allows us to bring in the best of the best to service your clients. So none of your customers calls will ever go off shore.

New Leaf’s custom service plan administration system allows you the ability to easily log on and view your customer’s service plan and repair history.

WHAT HAPPENS IF NEW LEAF CANNOT REPAIR MY CUSTOMER’S PRODUCT? WHERE DOES THE REPLACEMENT COME FROM?

New Leaf is dedicated to growing your business. It is New Leaf’s aim to source replacements directly through you, the selling retailer. The customer returns to your store and you are able to retain their business.

Here at New Leaf, we’ve actually partnered with multiple insurers to underwrite our programs so we can offer competitive pricing and innovative solutions. Our flexible partnerships allow you to select the underwriter that’s the best fit for your business. Currently, we can provide programs underwritten by Fortegra, a Tiptree Financial Inc. company (NASDAQ:TIPT) that is A-rated with AM Best.

Because of New Leaf’s highly adaptable technological platform we are able to provide claims adjudication services, call center programs, service contract portfolio evaluations, retail warranty penetration evaluations and other services. We specialize in developing customized programs that fit your customers’ unique needs.

HOW, AS A SERVICE PROVIDER, DO I SUBMIT A CLAIM FOR PAYMENT?

As a contracted Service Provider, you would have access to Service Branch, our user friendly claims submission website. Once you have signed an agreement with New Leaf we provide comprehensive training to support your business with us.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO SET UP WARRANTY SERVICE FOR MY BUSINESS?

In most cases, 90 days or less. We are turning over a new leaf and bringing speed along with innovation to the market.

HOW DO I REPORT MY SERVICE PLAN SALES?

New Leaf has several reporting options based on your ability to report.  If you are able to extract your data from your POS system, New Leaf can accept electronic submission. If not, New Leaf has a user friendly online contract entry portal.
