The call center agent is the most important part of the New Leaf team because they are the first impression by our valued customers. New Leaf is not your typical call center. We look for people that are career–minded with previous call center experience in the industry and we reward for that passion and quality. A call center agent will present a professional company image while handling inbound phone calls to assist consumers with warranty repair claims while striving for first call resolution in the most efficient and accurate manner. Ensure the highest level of customer satisfaction and sense of urgency when assisting with service scheduling through third party providers. Successful candidates are problem solvers with attention to detail, self-motivated, displaying high integrity, disciplined and presenting an outstanding desire to succeed through strong work ethic and professionalism while delivering the highest customer service.

Qualifications

Professional image | Proficiency in Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel | Ability to multi-task and be a hands-on self-starter | Strong written and verbal communication skills | Proven customer service and problem resolution skills  | Must be able to type 35+ words per minute | Must be flexible to work within operating hours and cover weekends and holidays where applicable | Bilingual English/Spanish Preferred

Education/Experience

:    
Associate’s degree or higher (preferred) or equivalent level of related experience | 1 Year minimum previous call center experience in a customer service environment | 1 Year experience handling customer claims/service requests

Hours/Environment

:    
Monday-Friday 7:30 AM – 9:30 PM | Saturday – Sunday 8:00 AM – 8:00 PM | Talking, listening, typing and sitting 90%

Technical Service Representative

Job Description

:    
The Technical Service Representative (TSR) will present a professional company image while using technical experience to review, approve or deny and pay claim estimates from service providers. The TSR will interact as liaison between service providers and customers to ensure the highest level of accuracy, timely customer service and limiting profit loss related to claims errors while also engaging in troubleshooting to the point of problem resolution whenever possible.
